Description
Parker Slough is a ribbon of water running through the Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area in Osceola County, Florida. I've had many adventures following the slough between Lake Jackson and Lake Marian. Boasting over 86,000 acres in South Central Florida, it is comparable to an area the size of the City of Orlando. The area's wildlife includes Bobcat, Deer, Bald Eagles, Wild Turkey and Alligators. Florida Panther tracks have also been found within it's boundaries. The area is home to the largest dry prairie remaining in the United States.

Thanks for the support Evgeny! This little waterway is full of adventures including encounters with alligators that nest and leave when the water level declines during winter leaving the young to fend for themselves. regards- Chris
