Japanese Wood Block Prints - Art

My grandfather lived in China in the 1920's through the late 1940's. He worked for Skoto works selling locomotives and farm machinery in China. He traveled throughout Asia and Russia during this time period and was a collector of antiquities. He shipped the entire contents of his house to my father in the U.S. as the Communists were taking over China. These prints were among the many treasures. I've spent many hours restoring them to their former glory digitally, removing acid stains from the rice paper and bringing back the beautiful colors. As the images are high in resolution, large prints remain sharp and crisp.
